Refund policy
Returns Policy:
We hope that you are delighted with your purchases from amiliedesigns.com. However, if you would like to return any item we are happy to provide a refund or exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging and in fully re-saleable condition. To receive a refund, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery, exchanges can also be made up to 14 days from delivery date.
Goods must be returned with your packing slip to the address below.
Please mail to: Mail order returns, Amilie Designs, 7b Mainguard Street, Galway City, Ireland, H91HYH6. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund will be affected. When returning goods by post/courier, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our address. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Amilie Designs is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Where goods have been ordered and paid for with cards from outside the Euro area, Amilie Designs will not be held liable for any discrepancies in the refund amount returned to you due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates or charges levied by your bank. We will process your refund in the currency you ordered the goods from us in - Euro.
Your original purchase will be refunded to you credit card.
Please note that your delivery charges will not be refunded.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please email info@amiliedesigns.com immediately. Damaged deliveries must be notified within 5 working days of delivery to you. In most instances you will be asked to post the delivery back to us or email a photo of the damaged item. If you post an item back to us you will be given a full refund on these postal charges. Where a part of your order is damaged/faulty you will be issued with a refund to the value of the damaged part only.
Refunds can only be offered onto the original card that was used for payment.
